1. Do you have available kitchen space?

2. Where is your cloud kitchen center located? Can I visit?
Our cloud kitchen facility is conveniently located on Al Asayel Street, Al Quoz 4, Dubai. You are welcome to visit our facility and meet our team. Our visiting hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We kindly request that you contact us in advance to schedule your visit.
3. What kitchen unit options do you offer?
We offer fully furnished private cloud kitchen units ranging from 12–18 square meters (approximately 130–190 sq. ft.), with 24/7 access. Each kitchen includes standard commercial equipment and is available as either a Hot Kitchen or Cold Kitchen. Additional facilities include:
Dry storage space
Walk-in chiller
Walk-in freezer
Shared wash areas

4. What are the requirements to operate one of your kitchen units?
To operate one of our cloud kitchen units, you must have a Dubai Mainland Trade License with a food-related activity such as:
Restaurant
Bakery
Catering
Each staff member must have:
Valid Emirates ID
Work Permit
Occupational Health Card
Basic Food Safety Training Certificate
One designated kitchen manager must also hold a Person in Charge (PIC) Certificate. If you need assistance with licensing or staff requirements, please contact us via WhatsApp.
5. How long does it take to start operating after booking my cloud kitchen space?
If your trade license and documents are ready, you can begin operations within 1–2 days after booking. Most kitchen units are reserved 2–8 weeks in advance, giving you enough time to prepare your business.
6. Will my kitchen come furnished with equipment, or do I need to bring my own?
Yes. Every kitchen unit includes:
Chiller
Four-burner stove
Stainless-steel work tables
Stainless-steel shelves
Sinks
Hood exhaust system (Hot Kitchens)
You are welcome to install your own equipment. Our maintenance team will assist with installation and additional electrical connections if required.
7. Are your kitchen units private, or do I have to share the space?
All our kitchen units are completely private. You will also have access to shared facilities including:
Dry storage
Cold storage
Dishwashing area
Meat, poultry, fish, and vegetable washing stations
8. Can I work with all food delivery platforms? How do I sign up?
Yes. You are free to work with all major delivery platforms, including:
Talabat
Deliveroo
Keeta
Noon
Careem
Smiles
During onboarding, we will introduce you to the relevant account managers to help you complete your registration quickly.
9. How can I join the waitlist if kitchen space is not currently available?
If no kitchen units are currently available, complete our Waitlist Form. Once a suitable kitchen becomes available, our Facility Manager will contact you via WhatsApp. We also recommend visiting our facility so we can help you choose the best kitchen option for your business.
10. Do you provide business license setup services?
We do not provide business license setup services directly. However, we can recommend experienced PRO and business setup consultants who can assist you. Business license setup typically takes 2–4 weeks.
11. What are the payment terms for renting a kitchen unit?
Kitchen units are rented on a 12-month agreement. Monthly rental depends on:
Kitchen size
Kitchen type (Hot or Cold)
Your monthly rent includes:
Electricity
Gas
Water
Internet
Standard kitchen equipment
Storage facilities

12. Does your kitchen have all the required government approvals?
Yes. Our cloud kitchen facility has been fully approved and compliant with all relevant Dubai authorities since 2019, including:
Dubai Municipality
Dubai Civil Defense
Other relevant government authorities
